In this edition of write-ups, we install a vinyl 3rd brake light decal. Installation is a snap and requires only a squeegee. (Provided with your order from StangMods)

Tools Required:

• Squeegee

First make sure your third brake light is nice and clean. You do not have to remove it from the vehicle for the installation. We chose to do so for better pictures.

Take your decal and peel it off the paper backing as shown below.

Next, align it over the 3rd brake light and while starting in the center, use the squeegee to smooth out the decal as pictured below. Start in the center and work the squeegee out towards the sides. This will help remove any air bubbles from underneath the vinyl.

Once you've gone over the lens with the squeegee a few times begin removing the paper front from the decal.

When pulling the paper front off, if the decal sticks to the lens then you can continue. If the decal beings to come off with the paper then you need to go over it with the squeegee again.

Remove all of the paper and your done! A simple mod that looks pretty cool when you step on the brakes.
